One Area, 1%, + A Buddy

You're the kind of gal that likes more of a relaxed, steady, lean-in type of approach to things and that is a-o-k! Once you've gained awareness from the Holistic Wheel Exercise, it's time to choose ONE area to invest in.

Focus on making that one area 1% better than where you are now. Choose a timeframe (I recommend 3-4 weeks) and, because things are better with friends, invite a gal pal to grow with you.

Future-Cast For Success

Nothing tastes as good as healthy feels, and an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure. With these in mind, set yourself up for success by glancing ahead at the next couple weeks and months. Do you have holiday festivities or birthday gatherings coming up? Going on vacation? Girls getaway weekend planned?

Begin preparing now for these gatherings. How will you still invest in your health while participating in these events? Love pies? Offer to bring the pie with better-for you ingredients. Head up the food aspect of the gathering. Or, one of my personal favorites - keep healthy snacks in the car and gobble up before joining the gathering.

The first time I was only 25 and doing all the "right" things to be healthy. And still my health crashed. In a bad kind of way. The second time was 12 years later with an auto-accident-caused brain injury.

Now, after hundreds of hours of research, and a ton of experience rebuilding my life and health, I help women simplify healthy living, with natural and holistic solutions.
