One Area, 1%, + A Buddy

You're the kind of gal that likes more of a relaxed, occasional approach to things and that is a-o-k! Once you've gained awareness from the Holistic Wheel Exercise, and are ready to put action to it, choose ONE area to invest in.

Focus on making that one area 1% better than where you are now. Choose a timeframe (I recommend 3-4 weeks) and, because things are better with friends, invite a gal pal to do it with you.

Future-Cast for
Quarterly Success

Choose one health area each quarter and determine your plan for success. Do you have holiday festivities or birthday gatherings coming up? Going on vacation? Girls getaway weekend planned?

Determine how you'll still invest in your health while participating in these events. Here are some suggestions to get you started: Offer to bring the pie with better-for you ingredients. Keep healthy snacks in the car to gobble up before joining the gathering. Get a walking buddy to walk with you three mornings a week. Set and share boundaries you're implementing for sleep or family gatherings.
