One Area, 1%, + A Buddy

The journey is more energizing, and more fun, when we're not doing it alone.

Once you've gained awareness from the Holistic Wheel Exercise, it's time to choose ONE area to invest in, and invite a friend to do it with you.

Focus on making that one area 1% better than where you are now. Choose a timeframe (I recommend 3-4 weeks) and then re-evaluate. Be sure to celebrate all growth and wins - no matter their size!

Future-Cast, With Hope

This current season of life you're in is not a forever season. Things are always changing! You may not be able to control and dictate the future, but you may certainly help shape what it looks like for you. Every action you take that invests in your wellness adds up. Get out a post-it or your journal and write down what a healthier version of you is like in two months from now. Each day take actions that are aligned with helping you get one step closer to what you've written down.

The first time I was only 25 and doing all the "right" things to be healthy. And still my health crashed. In a bad kind of way. The second time was 12 years later with an auto-accident-caused brain injury.

Now, after hundreds of hours of research, and a ton of experience rebuilding my life and health, I help women simplify healthy living, with natural and holistic solutions.
