Breaking Up With Sugar

114 POUNDS OF SUGAR!!

Statistically speaking, seeing as we're 3/4 of the way through the year, if you live in the USA, you will have already consumed an average of 114 pounds of sugar.

...and will consume an average of another 38 before the ball drops welcoming in 2022!

That's right, the average American consumes 152 pounds of sugar in one year. This is equal to 3 pounds (or 6 cups) consumed in one week!

Does that make your teeth feel gritty and your stomach and joins ache reading that?

It does mine.

The biggest culprit of sugar intake in people ages 12-50?

Sugary drinks. And I'm not talking about kool-aid.

Almost half (46%) of the added sugars, and the largest source of added sugars for all age groups - what we're drinking!

Our theme this month inside of My Cattail Club was "Breaking Up With Sugar" and to help combat the sugar intake via hot drinks,

Women go on diets, push themselves in a state of deprivation for as long as they can, self-sabotage, and then whirl down a shame spiral of punishment in desperation to lose weight.

Friends, there. is. a. better. way.

You're worth it.
It's possible.
It does require some work - but the work is HEALING.

Healing those deeper roots so the branches and fruit of your life are those of freedom and health.
